KMT Creative Group Wins District Addys Moves on to Nationals

Chattanooga, TN – Two advertising projects by KMT Creative Group will compete on the national level after winning local and district AAF ADDY awards (American Advertising Federation).

The First Things First “Talk to Friends” multi-medium campaign, along with its corresponding TV campaign, each won Gold ADDYs at the local AAF awards this past February. They were then automatically submitted to the AAF 7th district regional competition against agencies from five states (Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee). During the April 22nd district award ceremony, each again brought home the gold.

The work will now be sent on to compete against some of the best and brightest in the industry. The National ADDY Awards will be announced on June 12, 2010 in Orlando.

“This is thrilling for us,” says Missy Thompson, President and Creative Director, “Reaching the national level with any project is a major accomplishment, and reaching it with two is almost unimaginable.”

The annual ADDY awards are arguably the world’s largest advertising competition with over 60,000 entries from 200 local clubs and 15 districts.

KMT Creative Group is a Chattanooga-based agency that provides a complete range of branding and marketing solutions to local, regional, and national organizations.
