Dunaway is an exclusive, outdoor-oriented members-only community located above the Sequatchie Valley near Dunlap, Tennessee. Property values at the club weren’t as high as the market indicated they could be, due to a lack of exposure to a wider regional upscale audience. Dunaway challenged KMT to help them drive property/membership values up to a reasonable market level.

Extensive research into similar communities in the Southeast, combined with surveys of Dunaway stakeholders, enabled KMT to develop a strategic branding plan consisting of a new logo, a brochure and a new website. This campaign effort has been very successful and has driven resale values to nearly double in the past two years, despite an economically challenging market.

The new logo seen here was designed and illustrated by our own Todd Reed, and captures the beautiful character of a place which really must be seen to be appreciated.
