Only 30% of Tennesseans were familiar with the Tennessee Greenways & Trails system prior to the organization’s work with KMT. Essentially, there was no “brand”. Our task was to create a clear, compelling and consistent brand story to encourage the use and support of the greenways and trails throughout the state. Our answer was the “Connect With Tennessee” campaign.

We first created an identity, shown here, which captured the essence of the TN Greenways & Trails system and gave state residents a recognizable point of contact with the organization. We then utilized outdoor, radio and TV advertising to drive visitors to the newly created, user-friendly website, which launched March 31, 2009.
